Microsoft have hit the news again for all the wrong reasons, BBC NEWS have published an article stating that microsoft are investigating an issue with their Windows Phonwe 7series devices that sees customers burning up all their mobile data without actualy having used anything close to it. One customer had received an email from their provider stating they were just about to hit their 2gig limit when in reality they had only used a fraction of that data knowingly.
So whats this about then Microsoft? I think its the handsets sending error reports via Microsofts built in feedback mechanism, that would certainly account for loads of data transfer, LOL.. Its okay to poke fun at Microsoft isnt it? Well actually yes it is since they are one huge corp’ and yet they dont seem to be able to innovate or get any thing right anymore ( exept kinect ).
Just take a look at Microsofts presence at the 2011 CES in Las Vegas, did they show us anything truly ground breaking? No they didnt and with their might we should be seeing their finest developments at CES – instead companys like Motorola take this years honours – imagine that !!
